Baker to Discuss Drug Crisis at Event for Tioga County Seniors
MORRIS – As part of their ongoing senior education series, the Elder Services Workgroup of the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health is sponsoring a senior education event featuring Rep. Matt Baker (R-Tioga/Bradford/Potter). Baker will discuss the drug crisis being faced in Pennsylvania and across the country.

The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Morris Fire Hall, 2001 Route 287 in Morris.

Additionally, the senior event will feature discussions on home safety, services provided by Area Agencies on Aging, and prescription medication return methods. A light lunch will be provided.

There is no charge to attend, but RSVPs are required (to help in lunch planning) by calling 570-723-0520 by Oct. 6. The event is open to all local senior citizens and their caretakers.
